IATF 16949:2016 is a standard for automobile quality management system, which is called Quality Management System Requirements for Organizations of Automobile Production Parts and Related Service Parts. This standard adds special requirements for the automobile industry on the basis of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements, With seven quality management principles (customer focus, leadership, full participation, process method, improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management) and five tools (namely APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) throughout, the process approach is applied to achieve the management and control objectives of reasonable planning and development, continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention, reducing variation and waste in the automotive supply chain.

      In order to meet the needs of the company's overall strategy of power battery, build a national first-class power battery brand, and further consolidate the quality foundation of products, Lingxun started the introduction of IATF16,949:2016 automobile quality management system project on the basis of introducing the domestic first-class automatic production line of power cells and battery packs, which shows the company's consistent positioning and pursuit of high-quality products.

      Quality is the life of the enterprise. The introduction of IATF16949:2016 automobile quality management system is a further improvement of our company's internal quality requirements and a high degree of responsibility for the company's external and customer's solemn commitment. There were six rounds of training, namely "IATF16949 standard, five tools, VDA6.3&6.5, hierarchical audit/system audit". The company attaches great importance to the fact that the heads of corresponding departments participate in the whole process, earnestly study, strictly assess, implement the training, resolutely put an end to going through the motions, and cope with the teacher's assessment.
